Introducing 21 Days, a new series from Health, testing the theory of whether 21 days is enough time to break a bad habit or form a new one. Each episode, we’ll follow a different woman through their emotional and transformational journey to break a bad habit. Each woman is paired with a board-certified health expert and/or specialist that will offer tips and insight to help them rid their bad habit and lay a strong foundation for their new habit to flourish. At the end of 21 days, we check in to see if the bad habit is broken or not, and what they learned about themselves in a culminating event related to the bad habit they were trying to break.
