Upland, Indiana – For the first time in two years, Taylor University will host Homecoming and Family Weekend on campus. Last year during the Covid19 pandemic, officials moved Homecoming to a virtual setting using Taylor’s web and social media resources.
Taylor’s 2021 Homecoming and Family Weekend is scheduled for Friday, October 8, through Sunday, October 10.
Taylor alumni department members say an estimated crowd of 2,000 is expected for the weekend, which will feature chapel services and musical performances, as well as reunions, food, and athletic events. Highlighting the weekend will be the inauguration of Dr. D. Michael Lindsay as Taylor’s President, and the induction of the 2021 Athletic Hall of Fame Class.
